And of course, there is no refrigeration required until it has been opened.

As for our processing, we de-bone, hand fillet, and hand pack all our cans in our Juneau Alaska facility. We give each can careful attention achieving a quality and consistent product every time.

Unlike larger bulk producers, our cannery does not sell only canned salmon products. Or a singular “product” to be more accurate. Instead we offer a variety of products including our Canned Alaskan Smoked Halibut. When you purchase from us, you can be assured that you are purchasing a full 6 ounces of hand cut Halibut chunks. And because we brine, smoke, and process all of our canned products within our facility, we are able to provide a variety of much more satisfying product then the larger facilities as well. Our focus is on quality products over bulk product quantity. Finally, we require a very low 1 case minimum order quantity, keeping our product available to wholesale customers of all sizes.
