First of all, we use only Alaskan Wild Caught Silver Salmon (also called “Coho”) from the glacier-fed waters of Alaska. A true Alaskan product. Need another reason? Our Canned Salmon has a guaranteed minimum of a 5-year shelf-life. This is an important factor which allows your customers to enjoy the great taste of Wild Caught Alaska Silver Salmon all year long. And of course, there is no refrigeration required until it has been opened.

There are of course other reasons for choosing our products as well. One big reason is that we do not freeze our products between processing stages. This is why our Wild Caught Canned Alaskan Smoked Silver Salmon is perfect on its own or in a variety of recipes. As for our processing, we de-bone, hand fillet, and hand pack all our cans in our Juneau Alaska facility. We give each can careful attention achieving a quality and consistent product every time.

Unlike larger bulk producers, our cannery does not sell canned products that have the back bone still included in them. Instead, when you purchase from us, you can be assured that you are purchasing a full meat product cut into strips and packed to a full 6 ounces. And because we brine, smoke, and process all of our salmon products within our facility, we are able to provide a much more satisfying product then the larger facilities as well. Our focus is on quality over quantity. Finally, we require a very low 1 case minimum order quantity, keeping our product available to wholesale customers of all sizes.
